Enrollment. Class registration may be completed online or in person at the Vacaville Art Gallery. An instructor may require a minimum and maximum number of students, so please check the instructor’s detailed information. Registration is complete only after payment has been received online, at the gallery, or paid directly to the instruction prior to the class date.
Cancellation. If you cannot attend the class, you may send someone in your place (please advise the gallery of the change). If you cancel enrollment seven (7) or more days prior to the start of the class, credit will be given for a future class in the full amount of the class you cancelled. If you cancel enrollment 48 hours prior to the start of class – or you do not show up for the class – no credit will be given. If the Instructor’s minimum is not met, the class may cancelled by the Instructor with at least a 2-day notice and a full refund will be given.
